Admin Post: Steemit Has Mold Me To Become The Best That I Can Be - Proof Of Growth & Excellence
Success is super sweet if you know you have worked so hard for it without stepping on to someone just to reach your aimed goal.
Yes, one of the statements I live for.
I started on Steemit last November 2017 and I actually didn't know what to do by then so I just did my own research, tried to reach out to everyone and asked for some tips on how to be an effective content creator, I also joined several groups on discord, facebook group chats and steemit mini-communities. Glad that I was welcomed warmly by some friendly members. The reason why whenever we get to have a newbie, I make sure to welcome them with such enthusiasm for them to feel motivated to push themselves hard here in this awesome platform.
I have created this blog to share to everyone when they feel down and demotivated to continue their journey here. I am proud to let myself be a solid example of how you can grow here on steemit as a content-creator.
My steemit journey as a newbie lasted probably a year because I still cannot find what niche I was going to focus on. I still remember I considered my posts executed with so much efforts where in-fact it is still in the mediocre level. And probably mine are still the same but I made some wise moves of joining other communities and other apps / condensers, some contests and engaged to a lot of people. I even followed a witness here and patiently waited for his new posts everyday so I could post a comment. But I was really ignored because I had such a low reputation and he is just replying to his fellow whales.
I even searched for other influencers here to become active to all of their set activities to their followers. We still don't even have communities like this at that time. Until I was able to get noticed slowly by @ankarlie and @surpassinggoogle. The rest is history.
I was also able to gain friends here that I still continue to chat with them until now and established pure friendship.
I just became consistent here and never missed any chance to post once or twice a week. I am also fond of interacting with a lot of members by posting comments and acknowledging their efforts. If their photos are absolutely awesome then I make sure that I tell them how good their contents are.
I actually didn't really mind if I just get a few cents of upvotes from all of them as long as I am happy with everything that I do.
Consistency is absolutely the key. I also ensured that my posts are pleasing to read and the photos are all mine.
Until such time I had this opportunity to join a steemit app that rewards our photos with tokens aside from Steem / SBD and TRX too.
I must say I did absolutely great on that app because the level of my engagement is intense! The CEO and founder of that app has actually been the one who asked me to apply to become an ambassador. Contacted the right people to apply to and then the rest is history.
After three months, I was promoted to become a Sesnior Ambassador and this time I have represented my own country in the International arena of talented and skilled individuals. I have dedicated my time, expertise in community building and engagement projects.
I am so glad that I have my fellow countrymen supporting me and just always with me in this journey. Things that I am grateful of for the rest of my life. And I know I have to give back to the community as I am still standing here in this position as a moderator supporting also one of our prodigy who stood up from the rest and founded Steemit-Philippines. Congratulations @loloy2020 for this initiative where I have slightly abandoned because I already got some other projects lined up which also started and boils down to being a steemian.
Now that I am here, in this conflicting blockchain doing awesome things like what I have used to do here in Steemit, I am here to share this to all the ones we have here in the community to just keep on pushing themselves until such time you'll get used to it. Conflict of interest because the app migrated to a competing blockchain. Continue to shine up to the moment you find your own niche or platform you could somehow share the same thing you did here on steemit.
Do not be afraid to wander around coz growing on steemit will definitely lead you to a better place.
I have covered the logo of the blockchain where I am today to give respect to the steemit platform. Although I should be proud, I could not be any more enthusiastic it all came from being here on Steemit.
So guys, Don't give up! Have a list of what you want to be 1-2 years from now and really have time to engage here.

Given the opportunity to have 4-digit monthly salary package in USD and 6-Digits converted to Philippines pesos.
It has now an extreme responsibility because I will be working closely with a legion of active members, International chat groups, discord channel, activity development programs and a whole lot more. I will also be in-charge of overseeing the project of my colleague who has just been promoted last month and now it has been my turn. I am thankful enough to have the sense of professionalism from the both of us when we were dealt with conflicts.
Conflicts and patching things up will definitely make your team stronger and better!

Naisip ko din talaga about me being childish, hindi ko na itutuwid pa pero kilala ko naman ang sarili ko Nay, wala din naman sigurong perfect na tao diba? At kung yung nagsasabing mga ganun eh sila mismo sa sarili nila ay perfect sila para mag belittle sila ng kapwa nila then so be it. But just make sure not to ruin ones reputation by throwing false claims. Yun lang yun. Hayaan natin sila. Kung pinanganak silang bully then wala akong magagawa dun.

Now that I cameback here in steemit again,I felt like demotivated by seeing my post having a less upvote or worst no upvote but this post taught me not to give up and post quality contents. Thank you so much dear. Yes, it is quite an achievement. For some they actually have better opportunities because they are already silently earning a7-digits per month. But I am happy where I am and will still continue to be the best that I can be.

Awww this is such a heart-warming message coming from a talented person like you. If I see the talent along with this passion from these individuals then I absolutely acknowledged their efforts too. Yes, that's my ultimate goal too, to give back to the community and choose deserving people who will also do the same to other community members in the future. My boss secured first my position and now he let me do the draft of my own proposal. Ang hirap pala ng ganitong nasa Mid-level-management. I still have a lot to learn especially handling people now where in fact I cannot even handle myself sometimes. Hahaha But I am loving this kind of job kasi sisiw na lang sa atin ito from the BPO industry where we always need to have presence of our minds and be multitasking at the same time.
