The Chinese Guest In A Malay Household
As a typical Chinese Singaporean, Felicia had an opportunity to learn about the Malay culture as a guest in a local Malay household.
She had many awkward questions and she may not understand the culture well.
She had to learn as the family was preparing for a wedding.
Singapore is a multi-racial society where racial harmony is an important aspect for the growth of the nation.
The courage of moving into a Malay household to learn about its culture is admirable.
