Steemit goals update: week 39
It has been 12 days ago, since I wrote my last personal Steemit report. For the ones who are just following me, I did set myself the target to have 750 own SP before the end of the year! I did start tracking my progress since the end of May of this year. At the 28th of May I did have only 259 own SP.
Own Steem Power
Let first have a look at the graph.
The red line is my progress the blue line is the target line, and the black line is the trend line.
12 days ago, I did have 586.793 own SP. Now at the moment of writing I do have 627.236 own Steem Power. This reflects an increase of 6.89%. Pretty pleased with that!
In the past 12 days, I did invest some more into @upvoteshares. This of course did had a reflection in the short term growth of the Steem Power. But I am positive that this will increase my growth on long term!
The upvoteshares program did bring another $0.77 in the pocket. So, almost 1 Steem per 12 days. To me that is a good investment.
Steem-ua
I also did increase my delegation to @steem-ua to 250SP. And it looks like this is paying off. In the last 12 days, I did get 12 upvotes from steem-ua for a total value of $3.81. This is an average upvote of $0.31 per day. If we extract the curation from it, it still is $0.23. Which is almost 1/3 steem power per day!
So, if you didn't already delegate to @steem-ua. It is still worth it to do this!
Busy.pay
Also posting via the busy interface still is worth the effort. In the past 12 days I did gave me $2.5 of free upvotes. That's almost 3 Steem! So, if you are not already posting via the busy interface, this could give you an extra push in the back!
Actifit
Well to be honest I don't like to spam you with my daily actifit reports and because of that I do it only when I did reach 10K steps in the day! The problem is that this is the last post of the day and this is most of the time the post which does get the upvote from Steem-ua! I do know that these upvotes are free, but we also need to be aware that actifict takes 10% of the posting value as beneficiaries.
In the last 12 days, I did reach the 10K mark 6 times, which did grant me a total upvote value of $1.06. That's another free steem in the pocket!
@helpie
@meno introduced me to @helpie. Which is a incredible program. Not only does it give me a daily free upvote, but there is a complete curation trail behind it. And like I am always writing every small bit helps!
@daan did a great thing with sponsoring some @steembasicincome shares to the helpie account, which is an example I am willing to follow. To bad I don't have as much liquid steem available as @daan, but I did sponsor 3 steembasicincome shares to @helpie! This will make it easier for the @helpie account to grow and to help more minnows in their way to Dolphinhood!
@daan, when I have back some more liquid Steem, some SBI shares are coming your way also!
The minnow power up league
This is a league organized by the @steemcommunity witness. If you still have some witness votes available and looking for a good witness, you can always consider the steemcommunity witness. They do stand for engagement on the blockchain!
I decided to follow all the participant of weeks one. This has multiple reasons:
- if the are posting via busy or did have a delegation to steem-ua it will help them
- I can learn a lot of these people with the same mindset to see how they are growing their accounts
- it solves the problem with my feed drying up, by following active posters!
So that is enough from me for the moment.

You have a lot of good ideas in this post and they are obviously working for you. Anybody willing to put in the work on here will do well for themselves and you have found a few ways to maximize that. It's all about the small gains. Not many people are going to start with a $500 post or make friends with whales so it's all about graft. I'll take the busy.org tip on board and try posting with it for a while. One that i use is smartsteem. I don't delegate to it but i allow it to use my voting SP when it goes over 90%. It's a great system really. I can use my own voting power as much as i want which is most days but if it is sitting idle and goes higher than 90% smartsteem uses it when it would be going to waste and i get a small return on it. It's worth a few steem a week to me. It's all about setting it up properly if you are interested.
I am also using Smartsteem. I will sell my upvotes when the VP is above 92.
Like you wrote all these small things do add up!

I agree with you regarding @actifit , that's why after posting my daily count I used to edit it and put more attractive and worthy information...that's a good approach.

I continued to be impressed by your progress and am looking at how your ideas can help me as well. I am trying to earn more SP instead of relying on my purchases. I am interested in learning more about @upvoteshares and @steembasicincome as well as @helpie as I just recently voted for his witness. Thanks for the details!
You are welcome. If we all share good ideas which each other, the ones who are willing to invest to go forward, will go forward.
Both the upvoteshares and the steembasicincome are doing what they told. There are going me a basic income on each post. If I take a look at this post, $0.19 does come from SBI and $0.08 comes from upvoteshares. That's $0.27 guaranteed per post, which is almost 0.25 Steem. 2 per post day = 0.5. So 3.5 Steem per week is almost guaranteed! If I add to that busy.pay upvotes, it come closely to 5 steem per week. Regardless of the quality of the post.
Both projects require some investments but if you are here for the long term, it is all worth it!
Don't be fooled by the SBI upvotes, I do have more than 200 shares of this! And adding shares to it each week!
