HF21 is getting ready! ... On August 27 we will start a new steemit experience!

This controversial HF21 will be launched on Tuesday 27, and everyone in the chain is anxiously waiting for those responsible for all this to be sure of the benefits and positive changes that this fork brings to steem, steemit.com and all of us who live in This platform, which we have made ours and therefore we always expect the best for this ecosystem. They gave their time, performed the necessary tests and it was time to start, but as they explain in this publication :
Hopefully all this happens perfectly and you don't notice anything at all. We, along with many community members and witnesses, have been testing the new version of Steem in our testnet for several months and have performed the hardfork logic on several smaller testnets.
But as much as we plan and test, it is possible to find some problems shortly after hardfork because that will be the first time the new code will be executed at scale.
There are important changes that are introduced in the chain, I know that many of you know it, you have analyzed it already know your weaknesses, strengths and you may already be prepared to welcome these changes.
Someone explain me!
It is possible that I am somewhat slow to understand this matter but I want you to help me understand what happened to us after HF21, or what we can do to protect ourselves and to keep creating content, because with the changes implemented some could think about what was unleashed a war against the minnows and who want to get us out of the game, that's why we need opinions from people who understand that can bring peace to the small creators.
I do not want this approach to be seen as a complaint against the system, rather I want you to take it as the genuine concern of someone who has made a great effort to maintain an account with low rewards and who suddenly discovers that his rewards far from growing Now after all they will be minors.

Changes in user experience
There are some changes that will affect the way you use steemit.com and other Steem interfaces.

Rewards
The reward curve is changing. We hope that publications that would generate more than 20 STEEM under the old rules earn more after the changes. Publications that would have made less than 20 STEEM according to the above rules will receive less after the changes.
One of the things that I had not understood (and I do not understand much) is this, it sounds like saying, we want to benefit in a significant way to the large accounts, the small ones if they can not work like this, turn off and get off! ...
I think that when changes are made to improve the functioning of an ecosystem, these changes should be aimed at benefiting most of the actors involved in the process, however, HF21 gives the impression of being very biased, discriminatory and even rude, that It is the impression it gives to the naked eye.
Now, I have no idea of the criteria that experts used to make the decision, I just hope that all the tests performed, the calculations made have yielded very positive results for the good of all, because it is very difficult to be told: Changes at first they hurt but then you get used to it! ... Do you get used to it?
Split reward
Reward financing is being changed from the 75/25 division that currently exists to a 50/50 division between author and curator. That means you will be rewarded significantly more for selecting content after the fork.
The new way of distributing the rewards, in my opinion, is the most successful (that is my opinion, I hope that all the changes are successful) after analyzing this new change a bit, I think it will encourage much more the commitment between the creators, in such a way that interaction between users will be taken more seriously and we will surely see better-voted posts with more comments.
Negative votes
A group of negative votes mana is being added, which will allow you to make some negative votes every day without affecting your ability to earn healing rewards for positive votes.
This part of the changes for being something new is really not clear to me, please help me understand this. I have never used a negative vote or received one (I hope to stay that way), I still cannot understand what they are necessary for, so I would like someone to kindly explain to me what the appointment means with respect to negative votes.

MAny users surely do see it that way. I'm honestly worried like F**K about HF21 and upcoming "new steemit experience".
Major two things (for common user) that will change is:
a) non-linear reward curve - it will most likely "kill" culture of upvoting comments (time will tell).
b) 50/50 reward split - since PALnet seem to be leading in that direction we can already witness how does it really work. And so far it seem that 50/50 only create extra selling pressure, since curators are more willing to dump their easy earned PAL tokens. Can we expect different behaviour on Steemit? Why would we?
I'm full of hopes that HF21 will make things better, but right now I'm not very optimistic. I strongly believe that when it comes to PRICE steem has still long way to go (down).

So we are facing a matter of conscience, (or need) I believe that all those who understand the negative impact that is made to the price of the currency should retain more the tokens that it obtains, however, there is a need in some cases (case Venezuela ) to exchange fiat for economic emergencies that we all know.
Hopefully everything is for good and that the changes implemented have a positive impact on prices, so that everything improves here, we pray that you are wrong and prices do not continue to fall but have an important recovery hahaha.

I try to give me some relief thinking that, at least, we have other blockchain-based blogging platforms. If this one becomes a hell for our little accounts, we can dedicate all this effort to those other blockchains.

Of course it is an alternative what you propose, but it is a real hurt to waste and spoil a platform like this to which we are accustomed and we have dedicated so many hours and effort. Hopefully all this is for good and we can continue creating but with benefits.
