In letzter Zeit kam es häufig zu Fragen, wie ich das denn mache mit den Grinden an Curbs und Rails. Also an sich ist die Antwort wieder mal zurückzuführen auf eine gute Vorbereitung. Ganz nach dem Motto " Vor dm Spiel ist nach dem Spiel!"
Auch wenn die Banane eher zur Familie der Beeren gehört und eher ein seltsameres Obst darstellt, aufgrund ihres milden Fruchsäureantils und höhen Rutschfähigkeit, ist sie die optimale Profilaxe für's Grinden und ihr natürliches Magnesiumcitrat sorgt zufälligerweise auch gut für die Muskelaktivität eines jeden Konsumenten.
(besser als Magnesiumtabletten aus der Fabrik)
Falls ihr also Probleme habt mit, könnt ihr auch einfach mal eine Banane knuspern.
Und Falls euch das nicht ansteht, könnt ihr es auch euren Hund geben, meiner steht total drauf und macht alle seine Kunststücken für ein bisschen Banane.
