Russia to legalize/regulate ICOs

Russian lawmakers are working on creating some amendments to the civil law aimed at regulating ICOs, increasing the safety for investors and reducing the ammount of scam's in the industry.

Elina Sidorenko, A criminal law doctorate and Professor at Moscow State Institute of International Relations leads the TaskForce promising high hopes on the movement as they are using japan's bill as a start point due to its high success.

Let's hope all of this works out well! Would make an excellent precedent to be followed!
