This Week's Adoptees
This week is the first time that we are having the same adoptee for a second time. It seems that we are not getting a lot of applications and I am not sure if we should continue this initiative. Please let me know your thoughts.
Every week, we will choose one or two Freewriters that applied to be adopted by the Freewrite House. We will hand out two 50% or one 100% upvotes per day and resteem one post per day for 7 days!
Meet The Redfish/Minnow of the Week

Please try to post every day to take full advantage of your week of adoption. And ask if you need help. The uncles and aunties know a lot and are going to help you.
And participate in all the Freewrite House activities. You will make more friends!!
Just to be clear, we will visit your profile every day for that week and make sure that all is on the up and up. We believe in a spam free Steem platform and do not like plagiarism. If you use photos that are not your own - make sure to cite them correctly. And if they are your own, tell us that too.

As for continuing on with the Adopt Me initiative, I think it's amazing that 31 freewriters have already been adopted!! I think #AdoptMe should still be a @freewritehouse thing. :) It could just be a quiet spell at the moment also, but I've noticed a couple of new people doing the occasional #freewrite and maybe they haven't seen this post yet.
Will have to nominate a couple next week!

Being adopted gets me more readers, which is my most sought after reward. One thing I love about freewritehouse is the efforts made to get folks to read other people's works. I read the adoptees' posts as much as possible. I think it's great.

It is nice to be adopted. Perhaps if there is no new freewriter to adopt skipp it for a week? To be honest I am not sure if it brought me much extra after that week.
We could try to find more freewriters as well (I am working on that but many seem to think it is too difficult).
