Workout Diaries #5 - Hell Days ( Hyperion)

Morning workout as usual but due the half marathon run yesterday, was really sore. #nopainnogain 

But once the workout started I felt nice and was surprised how capable my body is, inspite of all the torture it went through yesterday it can still workout out for an hour. Took approximately 45 min to finish the workout.

Heres the routine I followed today,Dynamic Warm-up -

  1. Skipping ropes - 20
  2. Jumping Jacks - 20
  3. HH Squats - 15
  4. Hip Raises - 10
  5. Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
  6. Windmill Forward & Reverse


Hyperion - 5 Rounds

  1. Pikes - 5
  2. High Knees - 25
  3. Pikes - 5
  4. HH Squates - 25
  5. Rest - 60 ses



Active Cool Down
