Water is life.

I agree water is essential to human survival but let's talk about the soothing nature of water. The work of water on either the soul, either through recreational means or just staring at it, water works wonders on the human mind.

Swimming, though a tedious exercises the body and calms the mind. Doing laps in a pool could just take the stress of life and the pressure of family. Again, there is surfing. Surfing gives a feeling of being on top of the world. Standing tall on a surfboard is a thrilling experience and knowing that you are riding on one of nature's most dangerous elements gives a boost to your ego and self esteem like never before.

You could simply sit on a boat and cruise on the sea. A yacht works too, especially when you have a smooth sail. It relaxes you and gives you pleasure like something you have never experienced before.

When next you are stressed, just visit a water body, or you could engage in a water related activity.
