The Dairy Game - September 17 2024
Thank God for life. All's well here. Work isn't going so great. We aren't being productive and some people believe I'm the week link reason being my machine causes a lot of downtime. We still do better than the other shifts but they lays have a problem with us. I don't know if there anything we can do again.
Seems all the machine issues for my machine happens during my shift and the other shifts have issues spread across all the machines. I need to step up. I don't want people to assume I'm not competent or valuable because I've become unproductive for a while now.
It's due to machine errors and not a technical gap. I can only keep getting better and learning to improve. Whenever I get an opportunity to change the narrative, I will be ready.
I was given a task to check on leakages. The guy from utilities reported that the level of the glycol for cooling the machine has dropped. I checked and there was no leakages of glycol. I've sent my report to them and waiting to see what happens.
I did some washing when I got home. I was sweaty from Monday and I wore the same thing to work today. It was a bit smelly but not noticeable to people I work with. You would have to come very close to smell it or your sensors will have to be very sharp. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Electrical things sometimes cause problems, working on solving those problems makes work much better, we should always try to do good work, very nice to make your whole day effective, thanks for sharing the nice post with us.
