This is happening on SteemIt mobile. Well, they never got around to actually building a mobile ap so these Ads are just seen on Mobile Browsers. It's the reason SteemIt INC has jumped the Shark. It's the most ridiculous thing I have seen yet from that group of dummies... but give them time, they always seem to outdo themselves.
