Overnight Oats with Raspberry and Mango
Hey Steemian,
Here is the recipe for your next breakfast. You’ll have to prepare in advance, but it’s worth the waiting.
In the morning, you’ll be very happy and full of energy, after this.
Ingredients
150g Greek Yogurt
15 g oats
100 g raspberries
10 g chia seeds
Mango cubes
15 ml coconut milk
Maple syrup or honey
- A day ahead, mix the greek yogurt with coconut milk and oats. Leave it to rest in the fridge overnight.
- Mix chia seeds with raspberries and leave it to rest.
- In the morning, take one glass/jar big enough (not like mine) and start play with layers.
- Use your imagination! Usually, the last layer for me is with raspberry and maple syrup.
