Creamy mushrooms with eggs and flat bread
Hey Steemian,
This recipe is perfect for any moment of the day. I love eggs and I'm trying to find an alternative to the classic omelette.
I'm gonna do this more often, it's super delicious to be ignored.
Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
100 g heavy cream
20 g parmesan
butter
thyme
2 poached eggs
flat bread
- Chop the mushrooms.
- In a frying pan, add the butter to melt. When it's done, add the mushrooms and thyme and let them cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and mix the mushrooms with heavy cream, salt and pepper.
- In a nice bowl, add this mixture, put carefully poached eggs, sprinkle some parmesan and ta daaaaaaaaaaa! You have a delightful meal.
