I love pancakes. Firstly, it is delicious, and secondly easy to prepare, and thirdly, it is a huge variety of flavors. After all, you can eat pancakes with cottage cheese, fish, cheese, meat, sour cream, condensed milk, chocolate, jam and generally just what you want.

So if you want to please someone, then cook the pancakes and you can not go wrong.

INGREDIENTS:

1. milk - 1 liter
2. flour - 2 cups
3. sugar - 0.5 cups
4. vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
5. eggs - 3 pcs
6. baking powder - 1 tsp
7. salt - a little

COOKING:

1. Milk mix with the eggs and add the flour. All mix blender to avoid lumps.

2. In the dough add the vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix everything again. The dough should be like a liquid cream.

3. It must be very hot frying pan. Ladle pour the dough in the middle of the pan and quickly spread throughout the dough pan.

4. Fry for 30 seconds on each side. Fried pancake grease.
