Quick, soft, diet burgers

Today I will tell you the recipe for the most soft, diet burgers.

Ingredients:

1. chicken breast without the skin - I had 700 grams

3. egg - 2 pcs

4. garlic - 4 cloves

5. salt and spices

Cooking:

1. chicken breast without the skin, onion and garlic crushed in a meat grinder

2. add salt and spices and eggs. All mix thoroughly and give to stand 5-10 minutes to our beef soaked.

3. fry in a hot pan on medium temperature with oil and cover with a lid.
