Quiet Dinner With A Firework - A Nighttime Dinner With Dessert

Our group of friends from Berlin arrived on this day and we reserved a table after looking at the Russafa Street Lights. None of them came for Fallas before and never even heard of the Valencia Firework, called a Mascleta.

When we arrived at our table which was setup outside I spotted of course right away the cage where a Mascleta was about to be fired off. I was delighted. Our guests not so much! They ran screaming away once the firework was really going off.

It starts a bit slow but it was all worth it for the last 10 seconds. But see for yourself:

And in case you're wondering, yes there are actually people living in these apartment buildings! AND, there was a car parked which wasn't removed due to orders of the city, so they build the firework around it!
