Getting Fit for Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades - My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019
So on Saturday it was really nice weather, still cold though, and I took a walk in the afternoon.

I was finally able to record a video, though my voice is still not back to normal, and given the time I need to edit and publish it I think it will go up on Monday on Dtube.
I also sent out a lot of SBI Units for subscribers to my list with my new ebook that I just launched called Build Your List For Free.
Plus I made the manual curation and the Awesome Daily report for my project @thisisawesome.

I walked past Kronobergsparken.
And down to the water with the canal between Kungsholmen and the mainland.
Then I recorded a video, that I will publish on Dtube on Monday.
Over to the mainland, and continue walking along the water.
Some nice and friendly birds.
And it was really very nice.

Thanks @cryptospa, and yeah the ducks where real nice, I did not have any bread to give them, but others where feeding them, and yeah it's been real slow to recover this time, but also many other people have the same recovery time so it has to be this specific type of cold/flu that takes this long, stay awesome.
