Late night 10km walk -First goal reached!
As Crono decided to chew my laptop a few days ago and completly destroyed the screen i have been bored out of my mind after i arived home from work.Had nothing to do, other than crappy romanian tv shows i had to watch. So until i fix my laptop i'll just go on some walks with my dog in the city.
Todays was a bit chill, -2 ° so i just circled around half a city until i got tired. Got myself some chillstep music on my ipod shuffle and started the walk.
If i can manage to do this every night, and watch my meals every day i may be able to lose some killos until spring arives. I have 100 kg atm, should reach 90-92 in about 7 weeks.
It was actually more that 8k steps, as i forgot to turn on the app, and remembered after about 40 min , so i passed 10Km.
Next goal 15km walk. See you tomorow.
