A win in this matter would be absolutely incredible for our community and it will help us with our fight to get the draconian crypto ban proposal perhaps amended before it becomes a law.
Overall, a great moment in the Supreme Court of India which is continuing to understand how crypto is used and regulated across the world while in our country the RBI seems to be abusing its powers to stifle the growth of this emerging tech.
It is our money, our asset and it isn't right on part of the central bank to tell us what we need to do with our legally obtained assets.
