Are You Into PC/Console Gaming?
I was a PC gamer but that was a long time ago. Some of my favourite games in the past were Half-Life 1/2 + episodes, Crysis series, Quake, Doom, Age of Empires series, GTA series, Tomb Raider series, Warcraft, Counterstrike, NFS, Project IGI, Far Cry and many many other titles.
I had an entry level rig and this was 10 years ago. It could handle some of these games quite well including Crysis and that was good enough for me.
Over time life got busier and I moved away from gaming completely. Although off-late I've been thinking about getting back into it.
There are quite a few gamers here so my question to you is this.
- What games do you play these days?
- Share some details/specifications of your gaming rig.
I'm curious to know what Steemians love to play on their PC/Consoles off late? Personally I've always enjoyed PC gaming so I look forward to responses more on these lines.

My pc is about ten years old as well, but some games worth checking out that my friends play are ark survival evolved, overwatch, red dead redemption 2, league of legends, fortnite, and player unknown battle grounds.
The buildapc subreddit should be able to easily help you with build. Basically your price you want to pay and what you want to use it for and youll get some suggestions.

Just took a break from gaming to get some food and then I saw this post, lol.
Yeah, well gaming was one of my first loves and I was kind of addicted of CS for a few years, then got in love with the Batman series, tomb raider, far cry, assassin's creed, NFS, GTA and many more..but what I'm playing lately is Forza Horizon 4 and Watch Dogs 2 :)

I am quite a frequent gamer I like to play Fortnite Battle Royale and at the same Time Fortnite Save the World as well but lately I have also shifted my attention to the newly out Battle Royale from EA which is Alex Legends.
As for my PC it's about 4 years old with and fx 6300 processor 8 GB of RAM and RX 200 series GPU.
I only play Candy crush in my mobile whenever I get time .I like it too much.
I appreciate all types of gaming, Console or PC, but i much prefer PC gaming for the simple fact there is 1000s times more games available than all the consoles ever combined. it is more versatile and most games that are available on console look visually more appealing. But whenever an exclusive title is released. i will undoubtedly play it on console.
Since my old Pentium 1 rig with old Nvidia Geforce 256 playing titles from Doom, Quake and Dune 2000, i moved more and more away from consoles. right through till my more recent Ryzen based rig with RX 580 graphics, PC gaming has come into its own. and as you know, a turning point for PC gaming was indeed Crysis which only reinforced my choice in platform.
Most games i play today can be seen streamed live on Dlive. but to name a few... Stellaris, Sins of a Solar Empire, World of Warships, Assassins Creed Origins/Odyssey, Quake Champions, Hitman 2, Dead Cells, Ori and the blind Forrest, Eve, Elite Dangerous to name but a few that are currently installed from my Steam/Origin and Uplay Libraries. More recently I have fallen in love with the new Resident Evil 2 game (Of which i also stream and reviewed on my blog) as it not only looks stunning, bu the story and gameplay is incredible, but also has a huge nostalgia feeling for us.. ahem... older gamers who remember the original.

That's a long list, the only one I played was super Mario, that too with the mercy of my siblings🙄
I own an Xbox 1s console. I play it on my 55" Samsung TV. Its a great experience.
I play Forza horizon and gears of war.
