Bittrex Is A Rip Off I Am Going To Seek Legal Action!!
After jumping through hoops with Bittrex account Enhance-Verification process they locked out my account.
I submitted my drivers license,webcam picture with date/time with Bittrex on it. I find it very funny that they claim that they were unable to find my information in the public record. I work as a realtor and my name, website and Facebook business page and listings are plastered over the fucking web.
It's been over 5 days now that i have been trying to contact them to manually review my account. What i have gotten was an email from them asking me to not submit more than one support-ticket and then they changed the ticket to close.
However my account is still not verified and i have now submitted another ticket asking them to either reset my account so i can resubmit the verification or refund my money. I am loosing out on investment opportunities because of fear of putting money into that account when i am unable to withdraw it.
I have decided to give them 3 more days to take action, before i contact a lawyer to sent them over a letter. If anyone has had any issues like this with Bittrex then comment.
its how they treat newbies. Welcome to the crypto world. Enjoy and have fun....stress free they said ...lol jokes on us. Btw they have millions of dollars worth of resources, think about that lawyer thing before you commit to it. Best of luck.

I'm dealing with the same thing and it's real frustrating. I feel that Bittrex is a reputable exchange but their support process is horrible / non-existent. I wouldn't be too quick to shout "SCAM" as I want to believe that they are not doing it deliberately.
I want to believe that they are completely overloaded with new requests as the crypto market blew up, and now cannot handle the influx of new requests...
FYI - I was locked out 30 days ago and raised a ticket 27 days ago. No reply except an automated message to try uploading my identification again. I would but they have blocked that feature on the site as they say that their support desk needs to intervene...
Quite frustrating indeed! I am thinking about reaching out to them on Twitter. Maybe there is somebody who could look into my support ticket number and move things along quicker.

Suddenly they wanted me to go through "advanced verification" which failed and since then I can't withdraw anything.
