{✨} THE DIARY GAME - 19.08.2020 - Learning day by day!

So today the weather changed completelly and the warm temperatures (considering that it's winter here) we had the past days are officially gone. I woke up to 1°C and, you know what that means? Time to make one of my favourite breakfasts of all times: warm oats with cinnamon.

It's really easy to make, you just have to put oat in a cooking pot, you add the milk and cook it for just a couple of minutes, till you see that the oat has absorbed part of the milk. Once it's done, you sweeten it as much as you want and add the cinnamon. This time, I also added an apple just because, and this is how it was looking:

Of course, I also mad mate with it. I don't know what I'd do without it! While eating, I read some entries here and browsed Steemit for a while. As there are many people from Europe, Africa and Asia, they have already posted a lot of entries by the time I wake up... Anyways, I still don't know when's the best time to post here in Steemit, I still have a lot to learn! Does somebody know this?

After a while, I had a team meeting, in which we told each other what we're currently working on and we got to know the company's economical situation. All of us that work in the office have been working from our homes for five months now, but since the company I work for is a metallurgical, the factory's still working and there have been plenty new cases of covid-19, so we are kinda afraid of that.

By midday, I went for a walk. It was quite cold, but the sun was shinning, so I didn't feel like staying at home much longer! I got back, cooked a quick lunch, which was chicken and some pumpkin and then, I got back to work.

In the afternoon, I started rehearsing for this Friday's workshop. I'm not the type of person that enjoys talking to large crowds, so I'd rather practice over and over my speech. I started taking notes as well, so that I don't forget to say anything and people can understand properly. It's related to costs and how to analyze them.

I turned off my work's notebook by 5pm and watched my favourite cookshow in TV. After that, I was feeling a bit tired, so I decided I'd just read a bit more about crypto and how's the best way to invest in them. I found a workshop from some argentinian guy and it was great, since he's from my country, he knows what's the situation like and what's best for us!

After a while, I had dinner, took a shower and started looking for new mantras to sing. I'm still learning a lot about meditation, mantras and how to nourish our soul, so from time to time I'm always reading new stuff about this, looking for new material and so on! I'm really curious when it comes to learning new things, in fact it's one of the things that I want to improve this year: at least I should be able to learn one new thing every single day. No matter how little or insignificant it may seem.

Getting back to mantras, I found this one that I really loved, it's such a happy one to sing, meditate with and even dance:

I was in such good mood after this that I checked up on some friends, told them that I love them and went to bed with a smile on my face! It was an ordinary day, but still, the ordinary can make us really happy!
