For me, baking is love, in each dessert that is prepared, a little piece of our heart remains. When we make a cake for an "unknown" client, we make it with all the love in the world. And when we prepare a cake for a loved one, we do it as a token of our love for them. In this case, I gave this sweet cake to a friend who was turning 31 years old.
Delicious vanilla cake filled with Arequipe:
For the decoration of this cake I used the famous 1M nozzle, it is a very popular and widely used nozzle among bakers with it you can make at least 8 different figures.
It is a cake that is 12 cm wide and 10 cm high. Decorate with dark and white chocolate topping, colored sprinkles and chocolate.

I loved this presentation of tres leches at DOMO and I know it will be a success. It is perfect for lovers of tres leches and strawberries. Inside, it is filled with strawberry jam, diced strawberries and a super soft and delicate muslin cream.

If the cakes are caked, hard, dry or thick, you are surely making one of these mistakes. And the bad thing is that you realize this when the cake is already baked and there is nothing that can be done. That is why I leave you these tips, so that this does not happen to you anymore.
✨ It must always the perfect balance in the ingredients of the cake, everything must be well weighed.
✨ Always add a liquid, this adds moisture and softens the gluten in the cake, which is responsible for hardening the cake.
✨ The sugar must be cream very well with the butter or margarine.
✨ While you are beating the mixture make sure to remove the bottom and sides of the bowl, so that everything is homogeneous and well mixed.
✨ Make sure to preheat your oven well, and bake at the correct temperature.
