Six Week Health Challenge Week Three: Releasing Stress

Friends of steemit, thanks for allowing us to be with you and @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, for giving us the opportunity to take on another challenge every week, this third week I would say we are going to face nothing more than what is called the disease of the century known as stress, we have been listening since the end of the last century and already in the 18 years of this new century comes as the consequence of a series of signs and symptoms due to stress.

Stress like any disease has to prevent it, and prevention is in our hands, and in case humans have the necessary tools to prevent it and reduce its effects on our body and mainly this disease is fought with playful activities.

The current society in a fairly considerable percentage is concerned only with clinical diseases without thinking that we can also suffer mental illness, I as a nurse by profession when working at the San Juan de Dios hospital in Mérida Venezuela, in this health care center mental and psychiatry I learned to give another meaning to my life and I have also transmitted it to my family, much of the mental illness is when we are subjected to high pressures for work in many times and we are not enriched we only win is diseases.

Our body needs time, dedication, love, we must learn to give our body what it needs, such as drinking water, walking daily, sharing with family, dancing for a while, listening to good music, physical activity, tasting a good dish, be alone with your partner, give yourself some time to self-think, play with your children, recreate, in my case since I met steemit, is for me a great way to release stress when I write a post. That help us maintain good mental health and thus free of stress.

I have several ways to release my stress, and one of them is to share family walks, or just watch a movie share lunch or dinner together, work I love being in an intensive care unit helping those sick people they need me, I love writing and it makes me forget everything, listening to music frees me from a lot of tension, going for a walk makes me feel more free, and being alone with my wife I forget the world ha ha ha, fortunately since steemit came to my life 8 months ago my life has changed, for those who do not know Venezuela the country where I live now, suffers a serious humanitarian and economic crisis, so much that the salary only reaches to buy a product of the basic basket, and a terrible hyperinflation of up to 2000% per year, and all these activities had been limited in my life and that of my family but thanks to steemit, we have been able to resume these activities and now I feel more liberated of stress just like my family.
