Fry Gosht with green chilli....

A good choice for mirch lovers 😍 u can eat them with Daal chawal. Simple roti k sath b yummy lgti hy. Recipe to simple jo salan bnaty hain, woi hy. But i m writing it.
Recipe:
Thorry sy oil main 2 pyaz, bareek kati hoi, light brown ker lain. Phir adrak (crushed)1Tbsp, lehsun 1tsp, (crushed), 2 tamatr bareek ktay hoy, (u can remove skin also) salt, red pepper, 1/4 tsp haldi, ek daar chini ka tukra, ek moti ilaechi, aur 3, 4 cloves daal k bhoon lain. I also add 1 tsp of roasted crushed coriander & 1 tsp of roasted crushed cumin. Mainy brabar quantity main sookha dhania aur sfaid zeera roast aur crush ket k mixture rkha hoa hy. I add 1tbsp approx to every salan. It gives very good taste. Jb masala bhoon lain to gosht daalain aur pani add krain aur pakny dain takay gosht gall jaye. Phir jb pani khush hony lgy to bhoon lain aur jb kafi hud tk bhoon lain to chillies add kr k kuch der mazeed bhoonain. Chillies ko slit cut kr k dalain. Jb color change ho jaye to chillies nikal lain aur baqi salan apni choice k acording complete ker lain. As i added potatoes cz my kids love to eat potatoes. One thing more, agr ap shorby wala salan bna rae hain to thorry sy oil main black zeera karrkarra lain aur uska tarka lgain. It is just amazing....
