Amanda Shop, Famous Brownies

Cakes are always a treat that can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere, the taste and shape vary. Starting from chocolate flavor which is generally the most sold flavor, to various other flavors.

Today, Wednesday, May 10, 2025 I stopped by for a moment at one of the cake shops that used to be famous because it only existed in the province of North Sumatra, which is 340 kilometers from where I live.

What is the name of the cake and cake shop, here is a brief review.

Amanda Shop, Brownies

Amanda Brownies was initially established around 2000, this is a story from my grandmother (stop by her house and ask her). Until finally it grew very rapidly and was able to open branches in various regions, especially the island of Sumatra.

The signature sponge cake product from Amanda Shop is Steamed Brownie, and has been the best-selling sponge cake from the past until now. In the midst of many similar Steamed Brownie products, the sponge cake at Amanda Shop still has loyal customers because of its distinctive, appetizing taste.

Sponge Cake/Brownies Flavor Variants

There are many types of Bolu/Brownies flavors offered by Amanda's shop, but the original chocolate flavor remains the most purchased flavor, this is because this flavored brownie is the first flavor introduced and is really delicious.

In addition to the original chocolate flavor, there are other flavors, including:

• Brownies Steamed Pandan, a combination of pandan and chocolate flavors, the aroma of pandan fragrant with chocolate.
• Brownies Steamed Tiramisu, a combination of chocolate, coffee and cream flavors.

  And there are many other flavors, there are even dry brownies, various other cakes which are new products from Amanda's Shop.

Amanda's shop is a fairly clean cake shop, with a very good experience. The appearance of the shop is also an attraction in itself, so that buyers not only get what they buy, but also a good impression.

There is also a display case that extends various types of Brownies that they sell, there are also other types of their cake products and they are displayed in the display case inside the shop.

In the end, I really like the Brownies sold at the Amanda Store, Lhokseumawe branch, and so does my family. So it's natural that Amanda Store Brownies is one of the cake or Brownies shops that we often visit.
