Bitter gourd and potatoes fried together with small prawns and some benefits

So friends, let's see how I fried bitter gourd and potato together with small prawns-
Here are some of the ingredients I have taken for stir-frying sweet potato and bitter gourd with small prawns-
1- Bitter gourd
2- Potatoes
3- Small prawns
4- Chopped green chillies
5- garlic cloves
6- Chop onion
7- Yellow powder
8- Salt and
9- Cooking oil etc.
Here I take everything in my measure.
prepared method
First, cut the bitter gourd and Two potatoes into small pieces. Now wash the bitter gourd and potato well together.
Then here I have taken small shrimps. Small prawns are well coated with little salt and turmeric powder.
Then I put a pan on the stove and put enough oil in the pan. After that, I put small shrimps coated with salt and turmeric powder inside it. Then stir it for a while and fry it.
Then I put the bitter gourd and potato in it. Now I have moved it for a while. Now put chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt and turmeric powder in it. Now stir it well and cover it with a lid.
After a little while I lifted the lid and stirred well again. After stirring for a while like this, the potatoes and bitter gourd are cooked well. So after the bitter gourd and potato are boiled well, I stir fry them for a while. Then I took it out of the oven.
So friends, in a very short period of time, I have prepared a stir-fry of bitter gourd and potatoes with small prawns. And in this way, if you fry bitter gourd and potato together with small shrimps, it eats very delicious.
And especially those who don't like to eat bitter gourd at all, if they eat bitter gourd and potato fried together with small shrimps, then there will be no problem to eat it. Once played, you will want to eat again. So anyway you can definitely try it at home.
