Keybase is an open source messenger and a file storage service which you can enjoy and use it freely. All communications in the Keybase are secured with end to end encryption. Its user interface is similar like Slack or Discord. You can also communicate with Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Reddit or even with Github users through Keybase.
You dont need to sign with phone number or even email. You can also use Tor for more anonymity.
It works on almost all platforms mobile and desktop.
You can also use Bitcoin and Zcash wallets for online identification.
With its built in clous storage system you can share files with others.
