Market Friday - Roadside Business

It was Friday yesterday here in India hence captured some photos of roadside running business. Actually this type of business open everyday at evening only. The owner come everyday at evening around 5 o clock with associate and start cooking or selling food or items.

First have a look at food stall:

• Pandit Ji Roti wala:

In this shop the shop staff cook wheat bread and some curry and sell until 11 o clock night. You can see the preparation and arrangements here just bellow images:

On above image you can see that how a cook is making wheat bread in charcoal stove. You can also see the today's menu board.

On the above image you can see three men and all are busy in their job, the man who is sharp left is packing the breads after cooking and the centre man is making small round shape of wheat and passing to the men who is standing slightly right and the last man is rolling the bread and he passes the rolled bread to the cooker.

On the above image you can see the centre man is watching live IPL cricket match in his Smartphone while doing his job.

Now have a look at another shop which was just beside of food stall.

• Shere Bihar khaini Wala:

The man who sell tobacco and open his stall everyday at evening after 5 o clock and close it around 9:30 o clock. He seat under a tree.
