My interview with Terry Brock is online (mostly about STEEM and why I am so positive about it).
Last night I had a nice interview with @terrybrock where he asked my opinion about the current state of the markets.

Of course I couldn't help myself and the conversation quickly turned from crypto in general to Steem.
Steem is the blockchain I feel most comfortable talking about because it's the blockchain I'm most familiar with when it comes to development and community.
I just rewatched the interview and besides a small hick-up where I lose my train of thought about hivemind I thought it went pretty well!
In the interview I share why I am so positive about Steem longterm and why I am not worried about current sentiment.
I do like to believe I'm getting a little better with these interviews and I felt way less nervous than the first time.

As I mentioned before, I’m really anxious to see your interview. ALTs keep going lower and lower including Steem and SBD. We are obviously extremely oversold. We should expect in the near future some kind of relief rally. What happens after? I dunno!
Edit: I just watched your interview and there is not much I don’t agree with. I loved the introduction ”The world’s famous Steemien!” That’s true! Who on steemit platform doesn’t know @exyle? Perhaps some bots don’t. Steem price is at my buy target, for whatever reason I keep buying other cryptocurency except Steem. Buying Steem is a bit different to me. Even though prices are really low, It feels like if I bought Steem right now, all my rewards for comments and posts I received were just a waste of time. In a matter of seconds, I would buy more Steem than I earned in those 9 months I’m here. The truth is the exact opposite. Every single Steem I earned was very hard earned and in my opinion deserved and it wasn’t waste of time at all. I met great people here and shared my opinion with them. With that said, not to disrespect my Steem that I earned here, I keep giving comments and occasionally keep posting unless really low prices change my mind and I start buying Steem.
I guess our logic differs. For me it makes sense to invest in the blockchain you work the hardest for.

I am with you on the optimism about STEEM. There is going to be a ton of activity going on in another year. We are starting to see the impact of SMTs....
I like how you explained the process that needs to unfold with HF20 before SMTs can roll out. It is a process that has to take place in a defined order.
Yes, the order is pretty clear in my opinion. It will take time.

I have one question, if it's ok with you: you mention in the interview your long term perspective is for 5 years. Is that from the initial investment or from today? And is it for Steem only or in general? (sorry for the 2nd follow-up question, I said it would be only one)
It's from today and it's STEEM only.

Great interview, I like your positive attitude towards steem and your long term approach to this block chain. I agree with you that we have to make this fun. Not every post has to be long, novel like and life changing. Of course I like to learn but I want that social media experience- see what people are doing, where they go, what they eat, lovely pictures etc. I will stick around and look forward to brighter days :)
