We all need some thyme...
Especially if you like cooking at home like me. Both time and thyme come quite handy then.
This is one of two Thyme pots I have. One I regularly consume so it doesn't really bloom. This one looks like a mini tree and I let it be.
I also have a Rosemary and those two must be my two favourite herbs that I add to meats. But Rosemary keeps blooming and I hardly see the leaves :P So I feed on the Thyme :)
Such a pity cilantro, mint and parsley didn't really wanna grow. I think the need more moisture and less heat. I would have my most favourite set right outside my kitchen door.
I am sure I could just eat the flowers too, but they look so cute. So extremely tiny and with lavender shade.

Thank you.
Thyme and cilantro are hard for me to keep alive! I love cooking with both of them. I have no trouble growing parsley, mint, basil, rosemary, or lemon balm - I always start with plants not seeds!
I tried with parsley few times and just doesn't work.
My mum can grow it well in a garden. Also scallions, oregano, thyme, marjoram, lovage.... I dunno what else she has :)
