My Actifit Report Card: septiembre 6 2018
Este es mi reporte del día de hoy, realice una caminata, abdominales y bicicleta fija. El ejercicio es tan beneficio, el cuerpo y la mente lo agradecen. Siempre me ha gustado realizar ejercicios, mi favorito es trotar, pero por ahora realizaré ejercicios de bajo impacto, para comenzar. Saludos
This is my report for today, I did a walk, sit-ups and fixed bike. Exercise is so beneficial to the body and the mind appreciates it. I have always liked doing exercises my favorite is jogging, but for now I will do low-impact exercises to begin with. Greetings
