Give SpaceX, Blue Origin, Bigelow Aerospace., SpaceDev, Virgin Galactic and many other private companies the go-ahead then get the hell out of the way. Throwing more money at the ISS is senseless.
We should have a Holiday Inn Express in orbit by now..with daily spaceplane flights to various points on earth, connecting to weekly Luna flights.
NASA has just held back progress. How many 'projects' have they poured millions of dollars into..then canceled it with nothing to show for the effort?
