Introduction

Aging is the gradual changes that living things in general experience during their lifespan; and aging is an unavoidable occurrence. Aging becomes visible from age 30 and above according to medical review.
Aging can be caused by two factors namely; internal or extrinsic factors and external or extrinsic factors.
The intrinsic factors have to do with aging of cells and other internal organs and it is determined by the genetic makeup of an individual and it varies from person to person. While the extrinsic factors are the
external factors that induce aging examples environmental pollution, dieting, habit and lifestyle.
THE MEDICAL PROCESS BEHIND AGING

Medically we have come to the understanding that the different parts of our body lose the ability to perform maximally as we age. There many parts of the human body that contribute to the process of aging and I will mention but a few.
Tissues

Tissues are the group of identical cells that have the same composition and function and they are different types of tissues in the humans especially performing different functions; and these functions are deteriorated as we age because most of the tissues will find it difficult in getting oxygen and other essential nutrients and vitamins necessary for metabolism as we age. The effect of aging as related to tissues are majorly seen in the muscles tissues and this is because as we age the muscles lose their size and strength which is shown in the weakening of bones, tendons and ligaments.

The Cells

Cells are the building block of the human body and growth is possible because the cells are dividing and multiplying; this process becomes a challenge as we age because the cells have become larger and bigger thereby affecting the normal process of dividing and multiplying.
The Skin

The skin contains a fiber called collagen fiber or protein which make the skin to be supple and good looking. Aging causes the skin to lose a greater percentage of the fiber resulting in wrinkles forming on the skin.

The heart and blood vessels

The heart is a vital organ in the body which have different chambers and blood vessels. The heart helps in pumping of blood to other part of the body as long as we are alive. The aging process hinders the normal and proper functioning of the heart because as we grow older the capacity and the strength of the heart will reduce and the blood vessels that helps in transporting blood and other nutrients become blocked and stiff as we age which is the major cause of cardiac arrest, hypertension, and other heart related diseases among the aged.

Why are people afraid of aging?

Many people are scared of aging because of the complications that comes with aging process. Aging comes with different diseases such dementia, glaucoma, arthritis, and so many other age-related diseases, although it varies from person to person.
What are the practices that can delay aging process?

Nutritionist have helped us to know that they some diet and supplement that can reduce the effect of aging in the body examples vegetables such as spinach and lettuce, salmon fish, vitamin C and other vitamins.

Exercises such as squatting, pushup, walking, jogging, running and others will not only reduce the effect but it makes you look young and also feel great because exercises enhance the performance of organs in the body.

Summary

In summary it is expedient to know that aging cannot be averted or avoided in living things especially humans but some healthy practices can help to slow down the aging process.

You have shared in detail what is aging and how it occured explained us the role of cells ans the tissues which are interconnected and perform different tasks to keep skin look better abd active.

The skin contains a fiber called collagen fiber or protein which make the skin to be supple and good-looking. Aging causes the skin to lose a greater percentage of the fiber resulting in wrinkles forming on the skin.

Hence collagen started decrease with the time and the skin elasticity lessened and there is appearance of fine lines and wrinkles hence it may be reduced by the used of vitamin E and C.

Complications, as you mention, are what generate fear in us when we get older, the limitations that come with it, depending on others at a certain stage, loneliness, are some of the challenges we have to face and it is not easy for many. It would be very nice if we were all happy at this stage, but it depends on our actions.

Indeed my friend the experience that comes with aging are at times very scary to the younger ones who have experienced the full power of agility and strength. Because aging usually comes with intense weakness and some crazy sort of sickness that could be life threatening.
