Всем привет!	Hello everyone!
Продолжу рассказ об ужине в калининградском ресторане «Шпрот», где мы попробовали интересную закуску .	I will continue the story about dinner at the Kaliningrad restaurant "Sprat", where we tried an interesting appetizer .
Ресторан ориентирован на рыбную кухню. Поэтому на горячее мы с друзьями заказали три разных рыбных блюда.	The restaurant is focused on fish cuisine. Therefore, my friends and I ordered three different fish dishes for the main course.
Одна из моих подруг выбрала судака.	One of my friends chose pike perch.

Это была самая интересная подача рыбы, из тех, что я видела. Нежнейшая рыба в хрустящей легкой панировке была необычно надрезана перед обжаркой. И в результате она выглядела вот такой ёлочкой.

This was the most interesting presentation of fish that I have ever seen. The most tender fish in a crispy light breading was unusually cut before frying. And as a result, it looked like this Christmas tree.

Моё блюдо – филе угря на шпажках. Угря я очень люблю, и здесь всё было сделано отлично.

My dish was eel fillet on skewers. I really love eel, and everything was done perfectly here.

Ещё одна подруга выбрала шашлык из угря в соусе унаги. Угорь отлично сочетается с унаги.	Another friend chose eel shashlik in unagi sauce. Eel goes well with unagi.
Мы попробовали понемногу блюда друг у друга. Убедились, что все они очень вкусные. Затем каждая, с удовольствием и не торопясь, доела выбранную рыбку.	We tried each other's dishes a little. We were convinced that they were all very tasty. Then each of us, with pleasure and without rushing, finished the chosen fish.
