Yes, after going through the lecture I now understand how voting and curation works on this platform.

To vote good quality post, I use my voting mana which gets depleted every time I make a vote but it recharges everyday by 20%

Curation refers to the process of rewarding through upvote good quality post and also sharing. Curators garners rewards through upvoting as the reward pool is set to 50:50.

What happens if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

If I vote a post before 5 minutes after it is posted a larger percent of the curation reward remains in the reward pool depending on the time but if I vote a post 5 minutes after it is posted 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator.

Who will you vote for Steem witnesses? and why?

Steem witnesses keep the Steem blockchain up and running and as a result I would vote for as many Steem witnesses as possible as appreciation for their good work.

Which Community will you join in steemit and why?

When I first entered the Steem platform I joined various communities and make post to them based on what the community is about. I would love to join the @writingnreviews community because I have great affinity for writing and reading other’s writing.
