_ In now day due to climate change problems, Earth has been experiencing the green house effects causing the Earth's ice cap to melt off, So in the past few years scientists have been looking for ways to keep the situation under control.

But recently scientists have announced a plan to keep the ice from melting off, They are planning to refreeze the ice by installing about 100 millions Wind-Powered Pumps and make it sprays water all over the Arctic and the water surely will automatically freeze with help of surrounding temperature. Scientists predicting that with this strategy the ice surface will be thicker by 1 meter ( 3,2 feet ) if the water spray 27 metric tonnes every hour for a year. Scientists also noted that by adding 1 meter of ice over the ice cap surface it will be a significant change to environment and could push the time back by 17 years every time they execute the plan.

Economically, In order to cover 100% of surface in ice, It would needs about 100 millions tons of steel ( 6.25% of World Production of Steel ), 100 millions Wind-Powered Pumps device and total estimate cost of 500 billion dollar.

If we won't take any action on this problem sooner, The Arctic sea will eventually disappear by 2030 and some species like Polar Bear, Whales, Arctic Cod, Seals and Walrus will forever gone and Earth will also be in a catastrophe because there is nothing to reflect the solar radiation back to the space also.
