THE DIARY GAME/15-04-2023/Construction work at Kingdom Hall

Greetings great steem Cameroon,hope everyone one is doing great ?welcome to my blog as I share my today’s dairy game .

Saturday is always a resting day for me and a general clean up day for me but today was different because I had to go and help in the construction of our new place of worship ,Kingdom Hall.

So I woke up very early,I swept the whole house and compound by 7:00 am already done with all my morning activities,I always prepare breakfast for the family ,we took tea and bread .

By 7:30 am already at the kingdom hall so that I will partake in the morning worship with my fellow brother and sisters ,after the morning worship and prayers breakfast was serve for everybody,I ate a little again since I will be working a hard work .

After eating ,instructions were given on how the work will be done and safety measures too ,we all were given the following :

• helmet for head protection
• boot for foot protection
• shield glasses for eye protection
• And a nose masks for our nose
• hand gloves 🧤
  Immediately we all dress in our working attires .

After snapping many pictures we started work by 9:00 I was posted in the area of molding block ,we were told to measure 18 head pan of sand and 1 bag of cement.so our director taught us how to mold the first 5 block before leaving the work for us , me and my colleague continue molding the blocks with carefulness though it wasn’t easy but we succeeded in all the block before 12:00 .

By 1:00 we ate our afternoon food which was brought in the working site by some of sisters , it was jellof rice it was so delicious we ate to our satisfaction and drank some pineapple juice too .

After eating we were given 45 minutes break during the break I work around with my friends since it was my first time to be there , after that I took more pictures and also press my phone for while .

The sun ☀️ was very harsh after break so we manage to mold few blocks before going back to my home ,so by four o’clock I hurry home, on my way I bought things I will cook for dinner ,we ate fry plantain with egg sauce .

It was really a wonderful and joyful day for me because I met new faces and make new friends, I also got experience on how to mold blocks . I really enjoy my day thanks for reading and happy weekend.
