Sabah kahvaltılarının vazgeçilmezlerinden çeşitli içeriklerle yapılan bir unlu mamul çeşididir. İsminin yazılışı ve okunuşu dahi çeşitli spekülasyonlara yol açmıştır. Kimisine göre pohaça, kimine göre de poğaça. Bunu çok büyük tartışmalara götürenler dahi oluyor. Halbuki poğaça olsa nolur pohaça olsa ne olur. Oturup güzel güzel yemek varken. Özellikle de karaköy poğaçası olursa günün her saatinde tüketmek mümkündür. Bana göre biraz çeşitlilik açısından çoğaltılabilir. Genellikle peynirli, patatesli, kaşarlı olarak yapılıyor. Biraz da şöyle sebzeli bir şeyler olsa fena olmaz herhalde. Yine de benim favorim patateslisi. Hem doyurucu hem de protein olarak zenginliğinden. Herkese afiyet olsun.
