November Run #22: Early Morning Run

This morning I repeated the stunt from Tuesday. Early morning doggy walk and a run right after it. At 8 am I was already out of the shower and ready to start the day for real.

I went into the Magpie's Valley and back. It's the easiest way when you wish to avoid civilization.

The pace was steady and progressive. Good.

By the way. I am writing this report on the phone. It's possible thanks to the automatic Strava syncing. Great job, @mstafford!
