Wednesday Afternoon Long Run With Tadej

I just finished a 16.753km running that lasted about 2hh:5mm:9ss !


Tadej is a friend and a running buddy. A few days ago I asked him whether he would like to go to the movies. He answered me with a question: "Would you like to go for a run?" I said "Yes!"

It turned out that he is into some seriously planned training and that he has two hours long run with four ten minutes long tempo interval on the menu. Well, no problem with me. I can follow his tempo intervals easily - from the distance.

So we went off and into the woods. We took the right ridge of the Magpie's valley towards Rašica. First the village and then the top of the hill. Then we took a long way around the hill, descended into the valley and sprinted home. The second part in darkness already.

It was fun, lots of fun and talking. It was long and not too demanding. We should repeat it sometime in the near future.
