Steady Monday & My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
It was a really nice and easy going day. It started with a steady early morning doggy walk, continued with reasonably steady day at the office, then with the steady 10K run, nice dinner another doggy walk to finish the day in style.
Now I will read a book and go to sleep. Early for a working day.
