You can make reviews and write in any language. There are several Chinese users already. We will be doing localisations and making an ios version but they are not out yet.

iOS anytime soon?
IOS will be some time off yet. The beta is focusing on Android users only but there will be a web interface available soon for seeing all the posts from the app.
