My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2019
After two days of rest, here I am again with my daily target reached. Today was a good day again, most of these steps mean walking, plus indoor cycling, which means 40 minutes, 18 km.
Today I was slower, used to have 18.5 km in 40 minutes but it's ok, this is not a competition, I'm only competing with myself and not by being fast.
I'm not planning to do indoor cycling every day but it looks like it's a good way to accomplish my daily target in case there's not enough time for walking.
Tomorrow I'm planning to do the whole 10k just walking. Let's see how that's going to work out. This is it for today, see you tomorrow.
