HF21终于要来了~ 预计8月27日登陆
@steemitblog刚发布通知：
HF21: Release Tagged!， HF21的代码已经准备好了，不出意外，将于8月27日正式硬叉。
这次HF21主要有下面一些更新：
- SPS（Steem Proposal System）
- 从线性（Linear）收益改成收敛性线性（Convergent linear）收益
- 作者/审查收益比调整为：50%/50%
- 给踩赞建立一个独立的奖金池
- 点赞时间从15分钟改成5分钟
- 账号达到0 mana后，还可以继续点赞，但是不会获得审查收益
- 一些小更新
看了一下更新的内容，还是很失望的。我最期待提高Custom JSON限制的修改居然没有！

村長, @minloulou 揭竿吧！我最近研讀了BCH的SLP, 蟲洞協議有感，大概了解steem這些側練結構、發token代幣機制。可以還是先用steem engine創好代幣，然後寫好程式，設定好跑的電腦，就可以自己創建像scot那樣的社群在steem上面運行，不用交scot那些收費。先完全複製steem資料空投(目前的steem, SP, 代理狀態, 見證人挖礦收入...), 像Dtube那樣，讓人們創建另外的私鑰以取得空投(數量可計算HF去掉steem相關帳戶後每人可分配多少)，等累績到一定人數，就考慮岔出去。
不用scot的話要有人能寫這相關程式(先完全映射steem, 所以應該不難。不過這其實蠻明顯的，被發現不知道會不會直接被搞掉，但不映射steem, 又可能降低人們加入的意願。)這樣除了初始發幣100eng, 寫程式，還有設置、運行伺服器的成本。
ScotBot那套程序写起来不难，但是维护起来很麻烦，需要很多精力。目前大家都是以兴趣为主，还没打算投入很大的精力进来。
如果找中文區的見證人來有機會嗎？這應該蠻相似的？
目前中文区的见证人已经没啥想法了，而且他们对se的了解也很局限。wherein在开发自己的一套scotbot，好像完成了。但是很多他自己方面的因素让wherein power还没正式上线

Hi Terry, just reviewed the tasks. These 2 tasks not simple tasks which require convert existing js to jsx and then match the marlians style. Also these 2 tasks require fast delivery. Since I'm currently busy with my personal work, I will pass the tasks. Thank you.
