这是我的第14天平板支撑。
周末总是匆匆忙忙，但是还是挤出一分钟做了平板支撑。

很高兴今天看到@a1191964779（这用户名实在太难记了）实现他说出的话，完成了50次俯卧撑。
他说要完成5分钟的平板，所以这次我就@a1191964779 让他实现剩下的诺言。
