My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2019
Today's training was mainly focused around strength training.
I'm slowly getting back into my old training schedule, trying to not push things too fast but am glad to see progress with my recovery.
I will be pushing back my boxing/wrestling training back but a month. As I feel that I need a little more time training before I return
All in all training has been going well. Tomorrow will focus on cardio.
