Telegram

• This post by Dan Larimer on telegram in “EOSIO Gov” (https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=@EOSGov) on June 10th (or 11th), at 11:41:20, saying that he "cannot sign this (constitution), as he believes that it (ammendment to article 1) does constitute violence", I believe (although not directly) is telling of unhappiness that was felt... and fear that centralization was occurring (or the illusion of it by ECAF).
