Water and it's health benefits - Part 1

You can live without all other type of drinks but not water.

Now let's go down to the health benefits of water

  1. Water helps in the removal of toxins and waste from the body. It keeps the kidney running, the body actually has the ability to detoxify itself and that is where water comes in

  2. You can be extremely exhausted from a day job or be weary by physical or mental issues... . Taking a glass of water or more reduces it and keeps your energy level boosted

  3. Water can help in reducing weight. Taking water before meal acts as a suppressant because it makes you feel heavy and helps reduces the amount of food consumed.

  4. It enriches the skin complexion: Many wonder how I glow.. Hmm do you want to know the secret? . .. It's water..
    Water moisturizes my skin, keeps me fresh, glowing, soft like a baby and also smooth.. Water gets rid of wrinkles too.

  5. Dehydration: Sometimes when we get thirsty, we ask for a bottle of coke or sprite, but no matter the amount of coke you take, you'll still need water. H2O is the best cure for dehydration.

6: Water is necessary for proper processing of food and digestion of food because over 50% of our body mass is made up of water.
