Why I Follow Witness Voting Proxy From @theycallmedan

DISCLAIMER: I'm not doing this for any kind of upvote nor do I really care the amount this post will receive. I am writing this cause I authentically feel this in my heart, I trust this guy and I'm following his voting proxy.

Dan is one of the role models on STEEM when it comes to teaching us how to bring value rather than constantly speak.

I am observing his work since he arrived here and from my understanding, he is extremely successful investor and I'm aware how that kind of success takes a lot of effort and constant awareness. Obviously he has more than 1 000 000 SP as well.

By effort I mean truly putting the work in, and I truly believe Dan is all about res, non verba.

Effort is obviously 1 of more important things to keep in mind when deciding whether to trust someone's voting proxy. It really does take load of effort to systematically analyze witnesses and understand who is the real deal and who is full of BS.

Even Dan stated it himself:

I spend a good amount of time/resources to make my witness votes

Every time I read Dan's witnesses observations in the past, I'd end up nodding my head in approval - until I realized, maybe it's better to let this guy vote for me!

Basically, at this point of time, I trust Dan more than myself. Why is that so?

I barely find time to spend online, this may not be the best decision (who can say?) but I'm focused on maintaining a fiat income in order so I can make a big buy in crypto when the time comes.

Obviously, when I do come online, I have no time to study the witnesses - especially 30 of them!

That is why, when I realized you can follow Dan's witness proxy - I did it instantly! I'm officially following it from today, and I encourage you to do so as well.

Especially if you have those FREE votes! Don't spend that shit. :P

Or maybe you don't have enough time, to do the research? Or you simply don't feel like doing it at all?

Doesn't matter at all, just make sure not to waste those votes since they mean a fucking lot to this whole ecosystem. An ecosystem you are a part of...

What else I wanted to say, oh yeah, I honestly do believe in Dan's ability to bring value and his presence on the platform makes me happy. Tbh, I can't even imagine STEEM without Dan at this point of time, so honestly, I really feel you should give him the trust when it comes to selecting the right witness!
